I just discovered CL and this looks like a really cool idea but i don't understand how the teams are formed and general stuff like that.
Could anyone explain to me how this works?

At the moment our forums are somewhat under-utilised for creating and joining teams, something we're looking to make better in the future. For the moment the best way is to find a team outside of competeleague, possibly on a subreddit or through meeting people in soloQ.
